4-course Wine Dinner Set Menu - $188++
CÉ LA VI presents its first-ever wine dinner collaboration, an intimate evening with Silvia Cellars.
Set against the city skyline, this exclusive dinner pairs thoughtfully selected wines with a curated modern Asian four-course menu in a seamless interplay of taste and texture, where each dish reveals the character and craftsmanship behind every pour.
For one night only, meet Antonio Silvia, the winemaker behind Silvia Cellars. Rooted in Italian winemaking heritage, the winery produces small-batch wines from celebrated regions including Napa Valley, Sonoma County and Paso Robles, balancing tradition with a distinctly Californian expression. Throughout the evening, Antonio will personally guide guests through each pour, sharing the stories and precision behind his work from vineyard to glass.
Within the Private Dining Room on the upper deck, discover a more personal side of CÉ LA VI above the city, framed by sculptural bamboo accents and rich textures that create a sense of understated luxury.
A celebration of flavour, conversation, and discovery, the evening marks the beginning of a new chapter in CÉ LA VI’s dining experiences.
About Silvia Cellars: The inspiration for Silvia Cellars all began in 1885 on a family owned vineyard in Sicily. Striving to create quality wine for his dinner table, Nonno Silvia shared a passion for vendemmia (harvesting) of his vines with the members of his family. Over a century later, Antonio Silvia carried on his Grandfather’s legacy by starting his own winery with the same values. Silvia Cellars, a family owned winery, was born from the desire to capture the best of California appellations from seeking growing sites that fit our Sicilian winemaking style. Silvia Cellars both grows and buys grapes from approximately 10 grape growers, all renowned for their expertise and consistency.
