We do not have an in-house floral supplier. You may consider liaising with Bay Floral from MBS’ hotel for flower arrangement and delivery. Please reach out to the MBS hotel for more information.

Yes, photos are permitted for personal use only - please tag us on IG/FB at @celavisingapore. We would love to see your shots! Please be mindful of those around you who may not want to be photographed. No tripods/lighting or selfie sticks are allowed due to safety concerns. Large format lenses, bulky cameras, and drones are strictly not allowed unless previously approved by management.
Please be aware that photography, filming and/or recording will intermittently take place in the public areas of CÉ LA VI Singapore. This content may be used for promotional, marketing or advertising purposes, including publication on websites and social media platforms. By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded, and for CÉ LA VI Singapore to utilise your image and likeness for the stated purposes without any compensation to you. If you do not wish to be featured in group or candid shots or recordings captured by our designated photographers or videographers, please remove yourself from the frame.

Food & Beverage Policies
Prices and menu items are subject to change at the discretion of CÉ LA VI. Please be advised that dietary menus are available upon request.
Prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge and Prevailing Government Taxes.
No outside food, with the exception of cakes, is allowed within the venue premises. Should you like to bring your own cake, please inform the Guest Relations Team in advance. We will require you to sign an indemnity form for any outside cake brought into the venue.

Reservations Policy
By providing your personal data here, you have agreed that CÉ LA VI may collect,
use and disclose your personal data, for providing seat reservations and providing marketing materials that you have agreed to receive in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Should your desired date and time not be available, please feel free to contact the
restaurant directly via email at reservation-sg@celavi.com or submit your request via our website.
Credit card details are used to secure your reservation and you will not be charged at the time of making this booking. Actual payment will be made on the day itself.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
A reservation is considered a no-show 15 minutes after the reservation time. A 15-minute’ grace period is granted for table hold from booking time.
Restaurant — A cancellation / no show fee of SGD$50/- per pax applies, if you fail to cancel via email 24 hours prior to your reservation. We reserve the right to amend the cancellation grace period in line with festive and special occasion arrangements.
Club Lounge — A cancellation / no show fee of SGD$150/- per table applies, if you fail to cancel via email 24 hours prior to your reservation. We reserve the right to amend the cancellation grace period in line with festive and special occasion arrangements.

The cancellation fee will reflect any cost incurred by CÉ LA VI in terms of staff, food or beverage booked or ordered specifically for your group or party, and any lost revenue as a result of turning other bookings away.
We will notify you of any cancellation fee applied.
Refund
There is a NO refund policy in CÉ LA VI. All payments made to CÉ LA VI are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted based on management’s discretion and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
CÉ LA VI gift vouchers are available for purchase and come in denominations of S$50 and S$100.

Marina Bay Sands Hotel Guests
Guests of Marina Bay Sands Hotel can enjoy one complimentary entry to our SkyBar and Club Lounge per hotel card, except during special ticketed events and holidays / Public holidays / eve of Public Holidays. This is subject to our capacity limit and weather conditions.
*MBS Sands Rewards members do not receive complimentary access to CÉ LA VI. Please note that cover charge fees can't be counted towards your Sands Rewards card to accumulate points, nor can the entry charge be redeemed with points.
However, all fully-priced purchases throughout the venue can be used to accumulate points on your Sands Rewards Member card.
Airline Crew
CÉ LA VI welcomes all airline crew by providing complimentary access to the Club Lounge & SkyBar on all days, excluding nights of ticketed events.
Please note that this privilege does not come with any complimentary food or drinks, and is subject to weather conditions & venue's maximum capacity (ticket holders would be prioritised). To enjoy this benefit, simply flash your valid staff pass to our staff at the entrance.

Yes. Prohibited items include (but are not limited to) sharp objects, outside food or drinks, backpacks and large bags, illegal items/weapons and any large items that could potentially injure our guests.
Kindly be advised that we do not have a coat check service at CÉ LA VI. Marina Bay Sands Hotel luggage service is only available for Hotel Guests. Since we do not allow large shopping bags, luggage/suitcases, large backpacks, etc. We advise that you arrange alternative storage for these items.

At CÉ LA VI we strive to create an environment that is accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities. Our venue is accessible by wheelchair however may require assistance by our team for certain areas, we do recommend informing our reservations team upon making a booking or our guest relations team in the lobby for assistance.
The nearest carpark entrance is located outside Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3. The nearest carpark section to us is ORANGE CENTRAL ZONE. Please note that this will have you entering into the Retail Mall and you will need to walk to Hotel Tower 3 from there.
Valet parking is offered at the pick-up / drop-off points outside Tower 1 and outside The Shoppes.
