Fresh from The Bar’s new No. 75 ranking on The World’s 50 Best Bars 51–100 list, Kentaro arrives with a cocktail philosophy shaped by precision, imagination and Japanese craftsmanship.
A winner of the Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin Competition and Japan champion of the Chivas Masters 2018, he transforms Tokyo’s flavours and ingredients into cocktails that capture the character of the city.
