Founder of Thirsty Work Productions, DRiNK Mag Asia and the DRiNK Awards, Theo Watt is a pioneer in spirits media, education and industry development. Over 17 years in China, he played a defining role in shaping and connecting bar communities across Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok and beyond, building platforms that elevated talent, storytelling and standards across the region.
A respected educator and industry voice, his work goes beyond the bar, influencing how hospitality is experienced, understood and celebrated. Rooted in community, culture and creative ambition, his approach has helped turn emerging scenes into globally recognised destinations.
