ABOUT AWARAA

Known as “The Nomadic Bartender,” Awaraa has been shaping Mongolia’s cocktail scene since 2011. As co-founder of The Nomad Lab, UB Cocktail Week and multiple hospitality concepts, his work blends Mongolian ingredients and traditions with modern cocktail techniques, creating drinks that are expressive, unexpected and deeply rooted in identity.
His journey has taken him across Asia’s top bar destinations, with guest shifts spanning Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bangkok, Singapore and beyond, alongside appearances as both competitor and judge on the international stage.

Temulun “Tee” Buuveibaatar is the co-founder and COO of Bitsy & Co., and one of the leading creative voices behind Mongolia’s evolving bar culture. After beginning her career in London and gaining experience across New York and Washington D.C., she returned home to help build standout concepts that are reshaping the country’s hospitality landscape.
With a style that fuses global technique with local flavour, Tee brings precision, creativity and a fresh perspective to every cocktail she creates.
