Expect a menu that moves between playful imagination and understated refinement. Inventive flavour pairings, transportive serves and cocktails shaped by memory, discovery and emotion come together through a collection of signature creations, including four Hendrick's Gin cocktails that celebrate the spirit's curious character and versatility.
