ABOUT FELICE CAPASSO
Based in Oslo, Norway, Felice Capasso is the World Class Global Bartender of the Year 2025 and founder of Sesto Senso Academy, a centre dedicated to wine and spirits education. Throughout his career, he has led bar programmes for acclaimed cocktail bars and luxury hotels while also serving as an educator and consultant within the global drinks industry.
His World Class-winning performance showcased a distinctive blend of creativity, craftsmanship and sensory storytelling, cementing his place among the industry's leading talents. Today, he shares his expertise through guest shifts, collaborations and educational programmes around the world.
